Internship Overview:

Internship positions are three months, May 18 - August 17, 2012. Positions are for current UC Berkeley students only. Mandarin not required.

Marvell, Position 1 - Programmer Cellular Division: C, C++ Programmers needed for coding at the bridge level between the silicon level and user-interface
Marvell, Position 2 - Programmer Cellular Division: C, C++ Programmers needed for coding at the bridge level between the silicon level and user-level interface
Marvell, Position 3 - Mobile Communication System Engineering

Graduate Student in EECS preferred;

C, C++; basic understanding of digital communication systems; basic knowledge on ARM architecture.Hands-on experience in one of the following areas will be a plus: Linux, Android, Graphics, Multimedia, and/or ARM assembly.

Grace Semiconductor, Position 2: Design Service Intern - Non-volatile Memory Non-volatile memory and SRAM circuit and amplifier research, analysis, verification and simulation; understanding of CMOS analog and digital circuits; familiar with LINUX and UNIX; self-starter
Grace Semiconductor, Position 3: Verilog MBIST implementation of flash IP memory; Flash ECC implementation analysis; understanding of CMOS analog and digital circuits; familiar with LINUX, UNIX and Verilog; self-starter
VeriSilicon Position 1 - Design Implementation Design and testing of logic circuits; design placement, routing and verification; EE MS/PhD candidate with experience in ASIC coding and layout, design implementation, and/or chip level testing preferred
VeriSilicon Position 2 - SoC Design Design of ASIC components/modules; experience with Cadence or Synopsys tools; MA/PhD candidate preferred
VeriSilicon Position 3 - System Application Experience developing embedded systems in ASIC and SOC projects; team work to determine system requirements and design prototyping; inhouse testing of IC and SOC products; MS/PhD candidate preferred
VeriSilicon Position 4 - Analog Circuit Design Development of deep sub-micron CMOS analog circuit; design of test boards for verification; knowledge of low voltage/low noise OPA, ADC&DAC, PLL/DLL, high speed IO, RF and other analog blocks;EE MS/PhD Candidate preferred
