GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS

The GLOBE Center works on behalf of the College of Engineering to work with international partners to create research and educational collaborations that enable greater, focused scale in collaboration to address the world’s most pressing problems. Whether it be paired faculty from the Philippines and UC Berkeley working together to improve the IT infrastructure for disaster risk management in the Philippines, or providing guidance on the development of a new design innovation center in India or School of Information Science and Technology in China, or welcoming small cohorts of top students from premier institutions to study in the College of Engineering, we work to create partnerships that can maximize impact to benefit the world.
